Acrolite has been manufacturing fiber optic illumination systems and light guides for microscope sensing, imaging, and machine vision applications for more than two decades. We are one of the few companies in North America to design, engineer, and manufacture our own fiber optic cable bundles and custom designed connections, offering users unsurpassed quality, knowledge, and technical assistance for many types of lighting applications, including custom light guide applications.

Monocoil

We manufacture our Monocoil from S.S., Galvanized steel, or Alum flat wire stock wound to outside diameters from 1/8" to 3/4" and inside diameters from 1/16" to 11/16", with various jacketing materials available.

Raw Fiber

We manufacture our raw fiber using the highest purity glass available. Raw fiber can be produced in your specific diameter requirements, with lengths greater than 100 feet.
